The Cloud

Before we start working on your bookkeeping, we ask you to upload all your financial documents to an online inbox. In the Cloud, Get Big Finance and you share a folder. After processing your submitted documents, we store them structurally in the correct folders. This allows you to easily and securely retrieve all documents, and you won’t have to worry about losing important paperwork. We also create an additional offline backup for security and store it for you for 7 years.

Offline Management

Do you prefer to keep your data offline? That is possible, but it makes things slightly more complex. With this option, you submit all your financial documents once a month via email. We process everything and create an offline folder structure. We then send this back to you as a ZIP file, which you can keep in your own offline archive. As extra security, we store this for you in an offline backup for 7 years.

Drive Subscription

Optimizing financial management is a continuous process, which is why we offer subscriptions where we continuously secure and store your files. This naturally involves storage costs and management time. For online management, you contribute a small portion toward a storage subscription. For offline management, we have various subscriptions where we store your documents as an offline backup. Please note that you are personally responsible for retaining your documents and bookkeeping for 7 years.
